Household Bills Automation is a privately operated application used for personal household financial administration.
With authorization from the Google account owner, the application accesses Gmail messages related to household bills, including sender, subject, message content, and billing details.
Information is used to identify billing notifications, extract amounts and due dates, maintain a private Google Sheets ledger, and generate household billing notifications.
Billing records are maintained in private Google Sheets documents. Automated processing is performed through a privately operated n8n installation.
Information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Google account information is accessed only for the application functions described above.
Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Billing records are retained for household recordkeeping purposes. The account owner can remove stored records and revoke Google account access at any time.
Access to billing records and the automation system is restricted to authorized users. Google OAuth is used to authorize access to supported Google services.
